A Virtual Conference Room is not a working space. The concept is for a business’s work to be done at home or at another location, but all meetings with clients can still be done at an office setting. Since tenants get an address and receive mail, clients would have no way of knowing your only rent the conference room.

The area of the building designed for working is the Hot-Desk area. There tenants can select an open desk and work without needing a reservation. We have a conference room for rent Victorville.

There really isn’t much difference between the two. Typically, High Desert executive suites have a shared receptionist, a virtual office is just the space (and mailbox).
Another big difference is our building does not indicate that a tenant does not a have regular office in the building. Visitors have no idea how big the office is or how much the rent could be. Many businesses use a shared conference room and a search of the business’s address reveals the location is not a real office building. That the business is only using the address to get mail and to make them look better.

Yes you can work at a desk, use the copier/scanner/printer. A Hot-Desk is a system of open desks where you can come in and use any of the open desks or the sofa or quite rooms. Come to work, take a break without making a reservation. Its a different plan than the Conference Room. We have a Combo Plan that allows both uses.
Basically, we rent desk time in Victorville - it is a monthly membership.

The building is zoned, "Office Space" only. No retail sales, beauty salons, restaurants, etc. There are some gray areas. A business that sells a product may qualify, if the primary function for this location is office work. What the City does not want is a business with a lot of foot traffic.

Virtual tenants have access to the space 24/7. Typically, virtual tenants have their client come to the Entry Tower (Lobby) and brought to the conference room. They have access to the kitchenette (microwave & refrigerator) and the public restroom. There is access to a copier/fax/scanner too.

Yes, this is a regular office building too. However, it is fairly rare for a space to be available. A few openings a year are available.
Most regular offices are occupied by tenants that started out as virtual tenants and as an existing tenant they typically they are the first to be offered a regular office when one opens up.

Signage is difficult. The City is not sign friendly, they feel that businesses that rely on signage brings more people and they want to reduce traffic on Nisqualli. Basically, if your business relies on walk-ins from street signs, this is not the location.
Businesses can have signs on their doors, windows may have signage too. All signage must be approved by the building owner first.

There is an online application link on the website. The pulldown menu (the 3 horiz. lines at the top) will take you to the link. When the application has been completed the building owner will be notified.

Yes! It is not a large space like you would expect at a hotel, 12 to 14 people would be the max. There are a few different table arrangements like one long 8' table or break it apart and have 2 smaller tables. Room has frosted glass, private and quiet with a TV & White Board. Good for therapy groups, business & training meetings and faith related meetings.

Yes! We have a quiet room 9'x 15' with a desk and 2 chairs designed for therapy sessions. It can be reserved for a set number of days/times or reserve it as needed. It's perfect if you are just starting a practice or want to expand your practice to Victorville without the cost of a yearly lease, furnishing, utilities, etc.

Essentially, everyone at the Dome on Nisqualli are like roommates. We should be respectful of others, keep the area clean and treat the building like you would where you live (like turn off the lights when leaving, treat the AC like you are paying the bill). Additionally, the hot-Desk tenants can use the Quiet Room and Conference Rooms as well if they feel their activities could interfere with another's work. Remember reserved spaces need to be honored.

Each room/desk/space has an 80% or higher availability. The main Conference Room is by reservation, the second Conference Room is typically available without a reservation and the Hot-Desk area can also be used for meetings as it also has a TV monitor and White Board.

Max persons is about 30 attendees and the event hosts. It can be rented by the hour, 1/2 day, full day or regular times.
